: Does anyone know if both valve guides require seals? My tl only had a seal on the exhaust guide. A diagram on line only showed one seal as well, on the exhause guide. Can anyone confer?
: Also, is the engine number suppose to match the frame #? tl125 1005354

It seems that the more of one model was made the greater the difference between frame and engine.I'm the original owner of a 69 minitrail z50 and there is a difference of 5559 in numbers.I have a 69 ct70 with a difference of 363 and a low milage 76 mr250 with a difference of 1.My 74 tl125 is 306.I have heard that this is because the factory took out engines to keep as replacements, but over five thousand 50's is a tremendous amount to keep in the parts supply,so I'm not so sure about that idea.
